What is your service cancellation policy?
At EverSure, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our team and our customers.
No Deposit Required
We do not require a deposit to book our services, as we believe in earning your trust through our work.
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and avoid unnecessary material purchases.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a charge to cover any materials purchased specifically for your job.

UPVC Fascias and Soffits: 20-year guarantee on white UPVC installations.
3. Windows

UPVC Windows: 10-year guarantee on installation and materials.
4. PVC Cladding

White Cellular PVC Cladding: 20-year guarantee when installed with compatible systems.
5. Painting and Decorating (Interior)

2-year guarantee on workmanship, covering peeling or defects caused by improper application.
6. Exterior Painting

10-year guarantee on durability and weather resistance when applied using premium materials.
Terms and Conditions

The guarantee begins from the date of completion.

Covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal conditions.

Does not cover damages from external factors such as storms, fire, accidental damage, or improper maintenance.
